Cynthia Brooks

Cynthia Brooks is from the small town of Safford, AZ but moved to Tucson in 2019 with her family.  Her and her husband, Adam have two active teenagers that keep them busy with softball and baseball. Cynthia graduated with her Masters in Business Administration in 2019 from Grand Canyon University.  Cynthia has always had a passion for fitness and wellness and loves helping others with their fitness journey.  She coaches a few CrossFit classes a week and teaches strength and conditioning to youth. When the Brooks clan has some free time they enjoy heading to Alpine for some quiet time or snowboarding.
